After three incorrect attempts to enter your PIN, your access to online banking will be blocked temporarily. You can lift the block again immediately with the correct online banking PIN and approval via the S-pushTAN-App or by entering a TAN.
If you enter your online banking PIN incorrectly here again, your access will be permanently blocked for security reasons.
Don’t worry: with the following instructions, you will be able to unblock it quickly and easily from home or at a cash machine in a Sparkasse branch nearby. Then you can log in to online banking again as usual.
